RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND MONEY

Return products

The customer has the right to return the product received within 14 working days and request its replacement with another product. Specifically, the date of shipment of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the cooperating courier company (ELTA courier) on the receipt, to confirm the deadline.

For returns within Greece you will be charged the amount of € 2.90.

For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the customer.

In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, ie:

Their packaging should not be damaged.
To be in excellent condition with their original packaging, ie the box or the wrapper.
Be accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice received the product.
If all the above conditions are met, you can send us back the product for replacement, after first contacting our customer service at +30 22940 92369.

In case one of the above criteria is not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return you want.

The shipping cost of the new product you chose to change is charged to you and is € 3.00.

In case of change of order which was made upon receipt from the store, or change is made by phone through our Customer Service and is sent through the partner Courier with a charge of € 3.00 which corresponds to the shipping costs of the product from us to you.
